For pure PM to make NT HKG, I think they need magical plus on PM (young and training).If for lower main skill, they need good secondary skill (e.g. world class passing) to compensate.
Please note most NT players start to play for NT only around 23-24 plus.I suggest you keep train them on PM/secondary and communicate with the next NT coach.Passable passing/defense of course wretched, but I think most NT looking for higher secondary than solid (and further training).
You can set your training program with that in mind (may be don't train PM too high to kept his wage low).
In the pass NT is all about train primary to divine +++++ but with the new engine, we think we can create competitive NT players that can play in non farm team.(so we have fun in the process, not just liability with 4-5M plus per week salary).
