as he is 18yo 7d, he shall be considered as Season 27 Complete group rather than Season 28 Half-way group, coz he can only play 1 match in 2nd round
so his benchmark score would be
SC = 9.5
WI = 5
PA = 3
= 9.5 + max ( 5-4 , 0 ) * 0.3 + max ( 3-4 , 0 ) * 0.3
= 9.8
for group benchmark score for FW is 9.9
so i think i cannot say he has no chance yet...
