回帖︰The weekend's football programme looks set to be further hit by the ongoing snowfall and freezing temperatures today with various fixtures in doubt.
With conditions hardly expected to improve over the next few days, various fixtures fell yesterday.
Numerous matches are subject to pitch inspections today while Hull's clash at home to Championship leaders QPR needs the go-ahead from police even though the pitch was judged playable.
While no Barclays Premier League matches have been postponed yet in England, 10 npower Football League and three Blue Square Bet Premier games scheduled for tomorrow have fallen by the wayside.
All six of the Clydesdale Bank Premier League matches scheduled for tomorrow were postponed due to safety concerns on Wednesday.
Three Championship matches were postponed yesterday, with the local derby between Doncaster and Barnsley as well as Reading's trip to Sheffield United falling foul while Portsmouth v Burnley was postponed soon after.
The League One match between Hartlepool and Southampton will also be re-arranged after the Saints had faced a 600-mile round trip by road with Southampton airport closed, while Peterborough's clash at Yeovil is also off.
There have also been postponements in the League Two matches between Aldershot-Bradford, Rotherham-Gillingham, Crewe-Wycombe, Southend-Macclesfield and Port Vale-Stevenage.
The three Blue Square Bet Premier games to fall were at Eastbourne, Forest Green and York.
Back in Scotland, only the Irn-Bru Second Division match between Alloa and Peterhead remained on, with a decision expected today, after the Scottish Football League revealed all other games had been postponed due to the snow.
