i am willing to help hong kong nt in the following 2 seasons
achievement of previous 2 seasons:
although we didnt qualify last WC we still have good achievement

Localization
we found many local trainers with heart to train our players
this is important and convenient for player transfer and asking for switching training
players base is large enough now

Specialization
I put much effort in scouting players with suitable speciality
new players are more than 80% with suitable specialty, this can only be successful when there are enough local trainers at this moment.
it will be our way to get better WC result

communication with u20
i had good communication with u20,i scout players from 17-21 with advice of u20 coach so that we can prepared earlier

multiskilling the players
now most players have high sub skill,we are much stronger than before

training system
my new training system(see bff post or nt page for reference) is very successfully
when to train what skill is under control by communication with the trainers so that the players will attain our expectation.
i am here for revolution of hong kong nt
i added many new elements in nt and improved the whole training system
i hope you will give me a chance to continue this big project
someone said that small nations like hong kong should adopt alternation method(that means in every 2 WC one WC is for preparing the next WC )
i am confident that we can be competitive in every WC with my method of training system and player scouting
i am sure we will keep improving if i get elected again
and my new target is to find future nt coach and help them get more prepared.so they need to follow me some time
