球會歷史
阿仙奴足球會 (Arsenal Football Club) 成立於1886年，由倫敦伍爾維奇區皇家兵工廠的工人們組建，最初定名為「皇家阿仙奴俱樂部」，1891 年足兜噸~球隊，更名為「伍爾維奇區阿仙奴俱樂部」。1893 年加入英格蘭足球聯賽。1913 年，俱樂部遷移至北倫敦的高貝利球場，改名為「阿仙奴足球會」，被喜愛他的球迷親切的稱為「槍手」。1919 年，阿仙奴被選入第一次世界大戰之後重新開始的甲級聯賽，從此之後再也沒有離開過英格蘭頂級聯賽，創下了英格蘭球隊之最。2003/2004 球季創下以聯賽不敗成績奪得英超冠軍。

在1913年，這是便是阿仙奴歷史中唯一一次降班，再改名阿仙奴(Arsenal FC)並沿用至今，並搬到高貝利球場(Highbury)作為主場。

阿仙奴於1919年升回甲組後成績平平，但於1930年首奪足總盃後成績斐然，在領隊卓文(Herbert Chapman)繼續帶領下，阿仙奴奪得1930-31及1932-33的聯賽冠軍。

但可惜卓文於1933-34因病在季中去逝，而接任的領隊阿里臣(George Allison)亦能為阿仙奴於1933-34,1934-35及1937-38年奪取聯賽冠軍、1936年的足總盃冠軍。之後的領隊韋狄加(Tom Whittaker)也成功奪得1947-48、1952-53年的聯賽冠軍和1950年的足總盃冠軍。

在七十年代，阿仙奴的成績也很不俗，1970年，成功於歐洲足協盃決賽次回合以3比0擊敗了比利時的安德列治(Anderlecht)，收復了首回合落後1比3的劣勢，取得首個歐洲錦標。

1971年，這屆在比堤美(Bertie Mee)繼續領導下，為阿仙奴球會史無前例地奪取聯賽及足總盃雙料冠軍。

1979年的足總盃決賽，阿仙奴以3比2險勝曼聯，成功奪得足總盃。
經過幾年空白時期後，1986年，格拉咸(George Graham)擔任領隊，隨即以2比1擊敗利物浦，為球隊奪取了上任後首項錦標。

1988年度，這個球季可算是最具戲劇性的聯賽爭奪戰。阿仙奴在最後一場賽事必須在晏菲路球場淨勝利物浦兩球才可以以較佳得失球差來超越利物浦奪標。但格拉咸卻成功地將這場近乎沒有可能發生的賽果締造出來，令阿仙奴18年後再奪聯賽冠軍！

而在阿仙奴雖然被扣兩分，但憑著38場聯賽只失18球的堅固防守，全季只敗一場，一年後再度成為聯賽冠軍。
1993年，阿仙奴在聯賽盃決賽及足總盃決賽同樣取得勝利，成為首支奪得足總盃和聯賽盃雙料冠軍球隊。

一年後，阿仙奴在歐洲盃賽冠軍盃決賽，由史密夫(Alan Smith)一箭定江山，以1比0擊敗意大利球隊帕爾馬(Parma)，捧走歐洲盃賽冠軍盃，為阿仙奴寫下輝煌戰績。
可惜在1995年，這年亦是阿仙奴黑暗的一年，麥臣(Paul Merson)公開承認吸毒，格拉咸被揭發在收購丹麥國腳贊臣(John Jensen)及挪威國腳利達臣(Pal Lydersen)時收受回佣，因此而被會方解僱。而該屆在歐洲盃賽冠軍盃決賽，阿仙奴亦以1比2不敵西班牙的薩拉戈薩(Zaragoza)，衛冕失敗。

1996年，法籍領隊雲加(Arsene Wenger)上任，並在98年勇奪超級聯賽及足總盃雙料冠軍。

4年後，阿仙奴在亨利(Thierry Henry)、龍格堡(Fredrik Ljungberg)、柏金(Dennis Bergkamp)等多名主力球員整季良好的發揮下，除了在2002年再次勇奪聯賽及足總盃的雙料冠軍外，還在該季刷新了多項紀錄。下一季亦成功衛冕足總盃冠軍。

阿聯酋航空球場

阿仙奴足球俱樂部雖於 1886 年成立，但到 1913 年才遷往倫敦北部高貝利球場作為其主場。由於球場位於住宅區內，要擴建極為困難，所以俱樂部於 1999 年 11 月宣佈興建新球場，選址高貝利附近的阿什伯頓 (Ashburton Grove) 興建，預計成本為 3 億 5 千 7 百萬鎊，球場占地 17 英畝，可容納 6 萬名觀眾。球場啟用後，預計平均每季將會有 1140000 人次（高貝利每季平均為 722795 人次）。球場設有 150 個貴賓包廂（高貝利為 48 個），為照顧殘疾人士而設 250 個輪椅座位。球場設置 41 台攝影機位置，以及 215 個傳媒記者坐席，同時包含一間 1000 平方米的球|商品專門店，不過新球場將無法擴建。
球場的設計是由 HOK 運動公司擔任，他們曾經擔任雪梨之澳大利亞運動場、新溫布萊英格蘭國家運動場、皇家雅士葛馬場及溫布頓中央網球場的設計。麥卡賓爵士 (Sir Robert McAlpine) 的建築公司負責興建，麥卡賓爵士曾經承建蘇格蘭咸頓公園球場、韋斯咸之百年紀念看臺及千禧蛋，建築合同總額為 2.2 億英鎊，不僅僅是一座球場，還包括了一座價值 6000 萬英鎊的廢物循環處理中心。
由於一度缺乏資金，俱樂部宣佈新球場建成時間由 2005 年推遲到 2006 年，這使外界出現很多猜測，甚至有傳言說球隊會與熱刺隊共用溫布萊球場為主場。阿仙奴以格蘭納達傳媒集團 (Granada) 和耐克 (Nike) 的資金，加上出售新球場相關土地的收益來負擔其餘的款項。阿仙奴並計劃在新球場落成後，於高貝利球場的舊址發展住宅物業項目。
