World Cup 2014: Pajtim Kasami on standby for Switzerland Fulham midfielder Pajtim Kasami is on Switzerland's standby list after coach Ottmar Hitzfeld named his 23-man squad for the World Cup in Brazil. Bayern Munich winger Xherdan Shaqiri and Juventus right-back Stephan Lichtsteiner are named in the squad, along with former Arsenal centre-backs Johan Djourou and Philippe Senderos.
