Argentina v Portugal International CANCELLED
Due to circumstances beyond its control Arsenal Football Club regrets the cancellation of the International friendly match between Argentina and Portugal scheduled to be held at Emirates Stadium on Wednesday 9th February 2011 (tickets had not gone on sale for this fixture).

To see MESSI face Cristiano RONALDO not for club but for country, we are going to have to keep waiting as Arsenal FC have announced on their official website that the February friendly has been cancelled.
This match was supposed to be played at Arsenal's Emirates Stadium on 9 February, but the club from North London launched a communication on their website stating that "Due to circumstances beyond its control Arsenal Football Club regrets the cancellation of the International friendly match between Argentina and Portugal scheduled to be held at Emirates Stadium on Wednesday 9th February 2011".
It remains to be seen which were the circumstances that led to the cancellation and whether Argentina will be in action that day or not and against which team.
A real shame as I'm sure we were all looking forward to seeing the Albiceleste in action against a good European team and it was another chance to see Lionel MESSI v. Cristiano RONALDO.
