I would like to have the following access information reset for backup as our previous login information initiated in 2011 is no longer work.

1) root
2) direct admin

Does the server no longer accepts non-hk ip address for accessing the root via putty? Please advice the port for connection.

As requested last year, you would like to move to a VPS - HK$2500/year
It is around 2 months to go, we want to start collect some information from you first:
1) Do you want to reinstall the platform, so it has new PHP, MySQL ...etc?
2) How many hours of downtime can you tolerate? 3-5 hours?

Our plan to start a trial transfer in Mid-August so we can have more preperation before it is a real transfer.
