In what had been billed as a close encounter, Croatia Under 20s were trounced 4 - 0 by England Under 20s at Metropolitano Roberto Melendez. A brace from Jose Baxter helped England Under 20s to victory.
Things did not get off to a good start for Croatia as young striker Jose Baxter seized on an error by Vedran Celjak to score a well timed finish from close range. With Croatia staring at defeat, there was controversy as player Marko Bilonic then had a penalty shout turned down.
An error from Croatia's Mateo Kovacic allowed midfielder John Bostock to score a real poacher's effort. Morrison scored with a placed shot in the 12th minute to extend the lead further.
There were no prizes for guessing who completed the rout on 37 minutes as that man Baxter popped up again with a tap-in.

Wickham has been the top striker in the Under 20 World Cup this season, scoring 7 goals.
Brazil Under 20s' Dudu came in just behind Wickham in second place with Jose Baxter of England Under 20s rounding off the top three.
