Former Chelsea boss Luiz Felipe Scolari has thrown his hat in the ring to become the next England boss - a decade after turning the job down.'Big Phil' won the World Cup with Brazil in 2002 and guided them to the semi-finals in 2014, where they lost 7-1 to Germany.
The 67-year-old, currently coaching Guangzhou Evergrande in China, was approached by the Football Association in 2006 to replace Sven Goran Eriksson, but he turned it down, citing media intrusion.Gareth Southgate, Claudio Ranieri, Arsene Wenger and Jurgen Klinsmann are all potential candidates to replace Roy Hodgson, who stepped down after four years in the job following England's embarrassing exit from Euro 2016 at the hands of Iceland.
Sky sources understand Southgate is open to an approach for a temporary role from the FA, but Scolari is keen on being the new full-time boss.

I am the manager of Guangzhou and I am concentrating on my job here. But I know the importance of the England job in world football," he told the Daily Mail."I've an affection for English football and I am aware of the need for the national team to be successful.
"I understand the importance of an international manager from my time with Brazil and Portugal."
Scolari coached the Portugal team that reached the final of Euro 2004, where they lost to Greece, and reached the World Cup semi-finals in the 2006 World Cup in Germany, beating England on penalties on the way.
His only spell in England football ended when he was sacked by Chelsea in February 2009.
