Russian clubs including Zenit St Petersburg have been linked with a move for the former Manchester United and Tottenham ace, who has a year left on his current deal.
But agent Emil Danchev says the 32-year-old wants to stay with Martin Jol's side for the rest of his contract - and keep playing for at least two more years.
Danchev told the Evening Standard: "He has another one-year contract with Fulham, and he will stay at Fulham until the end of his contract.
"He's happy at Fulham and he wants to stay another year. I don't want to comment on other clubs.
"Even if there is interest, he's happy in Fulham and he wants to stay. He will play football for at least two more years."
