Striker Darren Bent moves to Brighton on month-long loan 
Darren Bent has moved to Brighton & Hove Albion on loan for one month. Bent links up with Seagulls boss Sami Hyypia at the Championship club.
The striker also joins the claret and blue contingent of Joe Bennett and Gary Gardner.
Bennett is away on a season-long deal while Gardner is the AMEX Stadium until January 1.
The emergency loan deal for Bent, which could see him feature in six games, is until December 29. Bent has made one start this season for Villa and seven substitute appearances.
