Roma have officially confirmed the signing of Adriano on a three-year deal.
An official club statement read:
“A.S Roma and Adriano Leite Ribeiro wish to make public, with mutual
satisfaction, a contract for sports performance that will come into effect from July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2013.
"The player will be paid a fee of ?5 million gross for each season of the contract, in addition to individual bonuses for the achievement of set goals.
"The player shall be presented to the press and the public tomorrow, June 9, 2010, at 17:00 at the Stadio Flaminio in Rome.”
The 28-year-old former Inter striker joins the Giallorossi on a free transfer after his contract with Flamengo came to an end.
