【now.com體育】皇家馬德里總經理安祖山齊士，以荒謬來形容國際足協的轉會禁令判罰，堅稱所有指他們違反轉會條例的控罪，從未發生過。

皇家馬德里與同市的馬德里體育會，周四齊遭國際足協重罰，指他們因過往簽入18歲以下球員時，違反了轉會條例，現被禁止從今夏開始，於接下來兩個轉會窗不能為新球員註冊，情況如1年前受到相同刑罰的巴塞隆拿一樣。對此，馬體會已率先揚言會上訴到底，而皇馬方面，亦在稍後時間由總經理安祖山齊士（Jose Angel Sanchez）作出回應。

「這間球會從未接觸過未成年球員的家人，」山齊士一開首發表的聲明便如此說，「球會擁有非常嚴格的價值觀和道德準則，即使從2005年至今，由不同的人掌管球會，也沒有破壞這些準則，（指控）根本沒有發生。那些吸引公眾關注的爭議，都是錯的，例如我們教練施丹的兒子、加雷弟弟的交易，那些都是荒謬的。」有指皇馬的違規交易中，包括簽入施丹兒子盧卡施丹。

山齊士隨後表示，球會一定上訴：「球會有信心會上訴成功，儘管這是FIFA所下的禁令。這次禁令是難以置信的，我們此前根本沒有預計到，所以會盡一切辦法去推翻。」

西甲班霸皇家馬德里涉嫌違規羅致未成年球員，被國際足協處罰未來兩個轉會窗禁止買人，目前正排期上訴，相信會鬧上國際體育仲裁法庭。

據知，一名委內瑞拉小將高杜（Manuel Godoy），乃導致皇馬被罰的其中一名球員，其父日前言之鑿鑿表示：「他和皇馬在半年前續約，但皇馬現在不承認簽過他，似乎想掩飾甚麼東西。目前為止，他們沒有聯絡過我們，並銷毀了兒子的註冊表格，我不明白背後原因，只要皇馬出聲，我們兩父子會與他們抗爭到底。」

「轉會禁令之後，兒子無法上陣，心情肯定不好，而他目前也不明白箇中發生甚麼事。」高杜的父親感慨表示。

高杜的父親又指，兒子曾與會長佩雷斯擁抱，但加盟時沒有收到官方文件，到本周一突然被通知無法參與練波。

Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid have transfer bans suspended by FIFA... and may be allowed to sign players this summer

• Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid see transfer ban temporarily suspended
• FIFA had sanctioned the La Liga sides for violating Article 19
• They are investigating clubs processes of signing young internationals

It now seems Real Madrid will be free to pursue the likes of David De Gea, Eden Hazard, Robert Lewandowski and Paul Pogba this summer after FIFA temporarily lifted the transfer ban imposed on the Spanish side and their city neighbours Atletico Madrid.
FIFA’s appeals committee will now study both clubs’ appeals in the coming months and the young players alleged to have broken regulations regarding under-age signings are free to continue playing.
Real and Atletico are not completely off the hook – FIFA have said that if they come to a ‘definitive decision’ and reject the appeals before June then the transfer ban would be imposed once again.

But this temporary lifting of the ban slows the whole appeals process down and that massively helps both clubs.
If FIFA were to reject the Madrid clubs’ appeals with just a couple of months to go before the summer they could then go to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and CAS would almost certainly grant them the summer transfer window to sign players while they study their appeal, as they did to Barcelona in 2014.

The ramifications for the Premier League could be far-reaching.
Madrid’s new coach Zinedine Zidane is an admirer of Hazard and Real still hold out some hope of bringing Spain No 1 De Gea to the club after last summer’s botched transfer collapsed on deadline day.
They would also be under less pressure to keep unhappy players with James Rodriguez a possible Manchester United target.
Cristiano Ronaldo’s future would once more depend on Paris Saint Germain’s determination to sign him. And if Ronaldo and Rodriguez stayed Manchester United could again test Gareth Bale’s resolve to remain in Spain.
Atletico will also be affected by the decision. Antoine Griezmann and his manager Diego Simeone are both wanted by Chelsea.
A transfer ban next summer had increased the club’s determination to keep both at all costs.

Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid lose appeals against transfer bans by FIFA

Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid have lost their appeals against one-year transfer bans by FIFA for breaking rules protecting underage players.

Both clubs were punished by FIFA's disciplinary committee in January for breaching regulations governing the transfer of players under the age of 18, but appealed the decision. The bans were later frozen pending the appeals verdicts.

That appeal has been rejected meaning both clubs will be prevented from registering any players at national and international level" in the next two transfer windows, until January 2018.

The teams can make deals to sign players but cannot register them to play.

A statement from Fifa said: "The FIFA Appeal Committee has decided to reject the appeals lodged by Spanish clubs Atlético de Madrid and Real Madrid and to confirm in their entirety the decisions rendered by the FIFA Disciplinary Committee in the respective cases relating to the protection of minors.

"As such, both clubs are to serve a transfer ban that prevents them from registering any players at national and international level for the next two complete and consecutive registration periods for breaching articles 5, 9, 19 and 19bis as well as annexes 2 and 3 of the Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players (the "Regulations")."

Real, who called the decision "profoundly unfair", responded to the news by declaring their attention to elevate the matter to the the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and will ask for their case to be addressed as soon as possible.

A statement on Real's website said: "Faced with the decision of the Appeal Committee of FIFA has released today, Real Madrid CF states the following:

"1) We regret FIFA's decision on the ground that is profoundly unfair and contrary to the most elementary principles of penal law.

"2) The club will make a corresponding appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), requesting full revocation of the same, with the full conviction of obtaining a fully favorable decision before that body.

"3) Real Madrid CF will request that the procedure is processed by way of urgency in order to obtain the termination of TAS as soon as possible."

馬德里雙雄今年1月被控過往在轉會市場簽年青球員時違規，被罰在未來兩個轉會窗註冊新球員，但因兩隊向國際足協（FIFA）提出上訴，因此在正式結果出爐前延遲禁令，今夏仍可引援，惟終究逃不了受罰的命運，FIFA周四宣佈，兩隊的上訴已被駁回，在接下來兩個轉會窗，不得再為新球員註冊。

皇馬在得悉結果後，發出官方聲明：「我們對決定感到失望，認為是極不公平以及違反了法律最基本原則，球會會向國際體育仲裁法院提出上訴，希望將禁令撤銷，並深信可獲得有利的判決。」至於馬體會方面，暫時未知他們會否與皇馬一樣，向國際體育仲裁法院上訴。

除被禁在明年1月及7月兩個轉會窗引援，皇馬及馬體會亦分別被罰款3.28萬及8.21萬歐元。另一間西甲勁旅巴塞隆拿，2015年時也接受過同樣的處分，被禁在兩個轉會窗為新球員註冊，結果像艾達杜倫及阿歷斯維度等去年夏天宣佈購入的球員，缺陣半季後才獲得資格為該隊出賽。

不過，FIFA周四發出聲明，指雙方已達成協議，即馬體會已撤銷在明年冬季轉會窗的反禁令。據報，馬體會計算過權衡得失，了解即使明年1月可解禁，若國際體育仲裁法庭在6月推翻了他們的上訴，那麼禁令將會順延至明夏和2018年的冬季轉會窗，反對球會可能更不利。

馬體會今季西甲經過8輪賽事後，目前與皇馬同積18分，藉較佳得失球優勢暫居榜首。
