ARSENAL AFTER ZAHA AND DZEKO, AMONG OTHERS
Enormously entertaining but 'optimistic' at best story in The Daily Mail about Arsenal this morning.
The paper continues the theory that they will make a £9million offer for Wilfried Zaha and that Crystal Palace will ask for £20million but they'll probably settle for something closer to £15million.
So far, so consistent. However, this is where they (either the Mail or Arsenal) start drifting from reality.
The Mail then suggests that Edin Dzeko is Arsene Wenger's 'top target' and that he will make a move for the big Bosnian in January.
Hmmmm.
The paper also suggests that Arsenal are still looking at Fernando Llorente and Atletico Madrid's Adrian Lopez, while they're also in the market for a new goalkeeper, with Michel Vorm and one Pepe Reina in the frame.
Hmmmm.
