The Kings have agreed to trade DeMarcus Cousins to the Pelicans, according to Adrian Wojnarowski.
The Kings are expected to get Buddy Hield, Tyreke Evans, Langston Galloway, a future first-round pick and a future second-round pick. This is a stunning move that gives New Orleans an overwhelming frontcourt with Cousins joining All-Star MVP Anthony Davis -- the Pelicans are currently 2.5 games out of the playoff picture, so they could make a late run. Cousins' fantasy value isn't likely to improve in New Orleans, since his usage rate should take a hit, but he's still an elite fantasy option. Teams on the bubble of the playoff picture out West have been put on notice, and we can't wait to see how Cousins and AD play as a frontcourt duo.
