Tough to say. The
Kuyt-Bellamy started in the last 4 games already, which is 4 games in 2 weeks. Not sure if they can maintain the high work rate in the 5th consecutive game.
Frankly, if it's a choice of playing them in Champions League or in Premiership, I rather have them play the league game VS Bolton. Especially if the 2nd choice striker partnership is
Crouch + L.Garcia, rather than
Fowler. L.Garcia was so effective in Champions League with the looser marking by defenders in general.
I believe getting goals VS
Galatasaray will not be a problem even without Kuyt and Bellamy. Last game we never had much chance VS PSV only because Rafa tried to build up the confidence of the defense by disallowing the 2 fullbacks to go up and assist. It wil be a total different story at HOME.
Fowler.........sign, wouldn't consider him yet until he can retain the fitness of able to play a full 90 minutes game...................
