It's unknown whether there will be a season 5. NBC has not yet announced whether the show is renewed or canceled, and the ratings have been bad enough that cancellation is very likely. The one chance the show has is that most of NBC's shows are doing badly, and Leno's failure left huge gaps in their schedule. This may be enough to get Heroes one final season, although with a stripped budget.
NBC probably won't announce the show's fate until after the Olympics. Odds are 50/50 at best.
