Arsenal hit by triple injury blow
BBC is reporting that "Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has been hit by the news that Freddie Ljungberg, Emmanuel Eboue and Julio Baptista are all facing spells out through injury."
In Eboue's case it looks like a month out. So you figure Gallas (who they report is healthy) continues at left back and Hoyte moves to his more natural position on the right of the defense.
Hoyte has had a terrible season so far, despite finally getting his chances in the first team. A penalty conceded and yellow card earned, coupled with a lack of any offensive endeavor, have also ruined him as a fantasy player.
That being said, he's cheap as a result. And Arsenal are coming into form and at home facing a Watford team that will come at them and should be vulnerable to conceding goals.
Another week, another fantasy gamble on Arsenal? Last time around RvP paid off handsomely (though I've mercilessly repeated that little tidbit to Neal and others, and thus ensuring the wrath of the fantasy gods).
