Official: Fenerbahce sign Milos Krasic from Juventus for £5.5m
The Serbian attacker has agreed to join the Turkish giants on a permanent transfer after becoming frustrated at his lack of chances at the Serie A champions
Fenerbahce have announced on their official website that they have completed the signing of Juventus out-of-favour winger Milos Krasic for £5.5 million
The 27-year-old has agreed a four-year contract worth £1.8m per annum with the Istanbul giants to finally put an end to speculation about his future.
Krasic signed for Juventus in 2010 in a £11.8m deal, but after a positive first season in Italy he was consigned to the role of bench-warmer by new coach Antonio Conte.
He scored two goals for the Bianconeri in the pre-season, but that did not change the coach's opinion about him, with the Serbian's lack of defensive prowess keeping him out of the starting team.
Several clubs, including Fenerbahce, had expressed an interest in signing Krasic on loan in the January transfer window, but the former CSKA Moscow talent was only interested in a permanent transfer.
The Serbia international will fly into Istanbul on Friday to be presented by Fenerbahce, who finished second in the Super Lig last season.
