Transfers: Gargano signs for Inter

MILAN - F.C. Internazionale would like to welcome Walter Gargano to the club. All of the documentation regarding the loan deal for the SSC Napoli player has been handed in to Lega Serie A, with Inter having an option to make the deal permanent.
The player has a signed a four-year contract.
Born in Paysandu, Uruguay on 23 July 1984, Gargano made his debut with Danubio, going on to win 2 Uruguayan league titles in 2004 and 2007. Last season he lifted the Coppa Italia with Napoli. He has 44 caps and one goal for the Uruguay national team.
