Valencia look to Manchester United’s Chicharito if Soldado leaves

Valencia striker, Roberto Soldado appears to be nearing an exit fromLa Mestalla and recent reports claim that  Los Che would turn to Manchester United striker and Mexican international, Javier ‘Chicharito’ Hernandez should  Soldado ultimately make the ?30 million jump to Tottenham Hotspur.

As Tottenham’s  ?26 million bid for striker Roberto Soldado remains in limbo, Los Che are now looking at potential replacements and Spanish paper AS reports that the club has set their sights on Manchester United’s Chicharito.

Valencia was interested in signing Chicharito last summer but were not able to finalize the deal.

However, it now seems as though the deal could be more likely than ever as Valencia are requesting to sign the oft used Chicharito on a season-long loan with  the right to fully purchase the Mexican international at season’s end.

It is not yet known if Manchester United manager David Moyes will agree to the move of Chicharito but Valencia are hopeful that shouldManchester United sign another striker or retain the services of Wayne Rooney, it will pave the way for Chicarito’s move to Spain.
