Míchel the man to mould Lucas Silva Lucas Silva will be the fifth player to depart Real Madrid this summer, following Iker Casillas, Sami Khedira, Fábio Coentrão and Asier Illarramendi out of the exit door.Though nothing has been made official yet, Silva's destination will be Ligue 1 heavyweights Marseille. The man who has championed the youngster's arrival at the Stade Vélodrome is none other than new coach Míchel.
The Real Madrid legend knows all about Silva, having been tracking the Brazilian since he made his name at Cruzeiro.
Míchel, who stepped into the breach after Marcelo Bielsa resigned, is smitten with Silva's game and believes the 22-year-old can make a big contribution domestically and, in particular, in the Europa League.

And who better to oversee this process than a former 'Los Blancos' midfielder in Míchel?
