Blues dismiss Hasselbaink claims
Hasselbaink says Blues players received £100,000 for reaching the Champions League last four in 2003/04 rather than the £50,000 written into their deals.
Premier League rules state bonuses cannot be changed during a season.
"No payments have been made to any Chelsea player in breach of the Premier League or Football Association regulations," said a Chelsea statement.
The Stamford Bridge club added: "The Premier League contacted Chelsea about this at the time and were made fully aware of the situation. There is nothing to investigate."
Chelsea beat Arsenal over two legs to reach the semi-final stage where they were beaten by Monaco.
Hasselbaink, now at Middlesbrough, said in his book: "At the beginning of the season he (Abramovich) had promised us £50,000 per player if we reached the semi-finals of the competition.
"At the end of the month instead of the promised £50,000 there was £100,000 in our accounts."
