CSKA Moscow Confirm Milos Krasic Will Join Juventus

Milos Krasic has finally made the switch to Juventus after the Old Lady agreed a deal with CSKA Moscow.

The winger was conspicuously absent from the Army Men's 4-0 victory over Anorthosis in the first leg of their Europa League play-off tonight, fuelling speculation that a deal was imminent.

Those inklings proved to be prophetic as CSKA confirmed that Krasic had indeed agreed to join the Serie A outfit through a statement on their official website.

"CSKA Moscow have agreed to sell Milos Krasic to Juventus. He will travel to Turin to sign a contract in the coming days. We will always remember Milos and wish him good luck at his new club."

The terms of the contract were not disclosed but reports suggest that the Bianconeri dished out ?15 million for the player, who will sign a five-year deal in the next few days.

OFFICIAL: Juventus Complete ?15 Million Milos Krasic Signing From CSKA Moscow
The Serbian international has put pen to paper on a four-year deal.

Juventus have announced on their official website that they have formally completed the outright purchase of Milos Krasic from CSKA Moscow.

According to a statement released by the Bianconeri, the club will pay ?15 million to CSKA in three installments: ?5m by 25 August 2010, ?5m by July 15. 2011 and the final ?5m by July 12, 2012, with any late payments to be resolved by a bank guarantee.

The club also stated that the 25-year-old has signed a four-year contract, and not five as initially reported.

Krasic arrived in Turin on Thursday to join up with his new team as he declared: 「I』m the happiest man in the world.

「I always believed in Juve – even when things seemed difficult I knew that everything would be resolved. I was proven right.」
