Various reports have stated the 27-year-old, who lost his first-team place to Croatia's Mario Mandzukic last term, had agreed a four-year deal with the Serie A side.
But Gomez's agent Uli Ferber has denied the claims and the striker, who scored 19 goals last season despite being mainly used from the bench, will begin pre-season training with European champions on Wednesday.
Ferber told German broadcaster Sport1: "He has not agreed with any club and will train today, and in the next few days, in Munich, as normal.
"Anything else is just pure speculation at the moment."
Ferber has previously stated his client, who is under contract with Bayern until 2016, would be leaving the Allianz Arena this summer.
The striker, who scored 19 goals last season despite being mainly used from the bench, has previously been linked with Manchester City, Chelsea and Napoli.
