TOTTENHAM FANCY LATE BID FOR ZENIT POWERHOUSE HULK




Tottenham are interested in a late deal for Zenit St Petersburg striker Hulk.
The Sunday Telegraph says Spurs are weighing up a dramatic bid to sign Brazilian international forward Hulk, but only if they can negotiate a deal of around £30 million.
Hulk has long been admired by head coach Andre Villas-Boas, who worked with the 27-year-old forward at Porto, although any deal hinges on his current club, Zenit St Petersburg, lowering their demands.
The Russians have been demanding closer to £40 million.

SPURS, CHELSEA WATCH AS HULK ADVISER WON'T RULE OUT ZENIT SALE



Hulk's camp say they remain unsure if the Zenit St Petersburg striker will still be in Russia after the summer market shuts.
The Brazil international is a target for Tottenham and Chelsea.
"We do not know if there will be an outcome regarding his departure from Zenit. They paid dearly for him, are satisfied with him. I do not know if it will happen or not.
"Who has this answer is the agent," said the player's advisor, Ahaz Fellegger.
