If you're picking Trippier in a 4 at the back formation, I'd pick Patterson over Neco as your 5th defender. When Trippier has City & Pool in GW3 & 5, Patterson has Forest & Leeds (Neco has Everton & City).

Patterson has been impressive in pre-season, should be nailed to start
