Former Germany international Andreas Goerlitz has left Bayern Munich for second division side Igolstadt, the Bundesliga champions have announced.
Full-back Goerlitz, 28, signed a two-year contract with the ambitious club, who were promoted to the Bundesliga 2 at the end of last season.
At Bayern since 2004, Goerlitz suffered a serious knee injury in his first season at the club and only made 18 first-team appearances in six years.
He spent two seasons on loan at Karlsruhe between 2007 and 2009.
