Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has confirmed Gareth Bale and William Gallas will be fit to face Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League.Bale has been struggling with a hamstring problem which forced him to miss Saturday's goalless draw at Wigan.
The flying winger was included in the Spurs squad to travel to Madrid and Redknapp has revealed the Welshman is fit to face Jose Mourinho's troops.
Spurs have also been handed a boost with the news that central defender Gallas has taken part in training after a hamstring problem of his own.
Gallas missed the clash at Wigan and the Frenchman was rated doubtful for Tuesday's showdown at El Santiago Bernabeu.
However, the former Chelsea and Arsenal man has been able to take part in training on Monday and he could be available for Redknapp.
The news of Gallas' fitness will provide a welcome boost for Redknapp as he is already without Ledley King, Younes Kaboul and Jonathan Woodgate for the trip to the Spanish capital.
"Hopefully Gareth will be fit. He is going to train tonight," said Redknapp.
"Let's hope he has no problems and if he is OK then he will play.
"William Gallas is going to train tonight. Hopefully he will be fit. Steven Pienaar didn't travel. He has a groin injury."Redknapp revealed that he might be only able to name six substitutes instead of seven at the Bernabeu with Niko Kranjcar joining the growing casualty list after picking up a foot injury at Wigan.
"Niko Kranjcar is struggling with a foot injury," added Redknapp. "He kicked the bottom of someone's boot on Saturday against Wigan.
"It is badly bruised and swollen. In fact at the moment we might have six subs on the bench instead of seven."
