Jamie Rorison from Sunderland has won the chance to present Sol with his award before the Fulham game on Sunday. Jamie will also receive two tickets to the match.
"Sol deserves to win this award for his outstanding commitment and determination to help our squad," said Jamie.
"At 35 years of age I think everybody was sceptical about him returning to such an illustrious club playing such quality football but he has proved every one of his doubters wrong.
"He's been strong, athletic and has made life difficult for every single forward who has come up against him. Give the award to Sol - not only is he a legend but he damn well deserves it!"
