Gael Clichy is the only possible addition to the Arsenal squad for the visit of Fulham on Sunday.
The Frenchman was one of four surprise exclusions from Arsène Wenger's side at Blackburn on Monday. The left back had an ankle problem while Tomas Rosicky (ankle), Alex Song (knee) and Nicklas Bendtner (groin) were also omitted for various injuries.
The latter three will certainly miss the now crucial game at Emirates Stadium to conclude the Premier League season. Clichy is only ‘a possible' but Andrey Arshavin, who only returned from injury himself at Ewood Park, is now fit enough to start.
"There is a small chance for Clichy, everyone else is still out," Wenger told TV Online on Thursday. "We always work hard in training and of course when you cannot rotate then you do get those kinds of injuries.
"Arshavin should be OK and should be capable to start against Fulham. Van Persie too. We have the same players available [from Blackburn], the only good news is that we may have Clichy back."
Cesc Fabregas (knee), William Gallas (calf), Thomas Vermaelen (calf), Denilson (groin), Manuel Almunia (wrist) and Aaron Ramsey (leg) complete the injured list.
