I'm With All That Matters Right Now

THE World Cup will go ahead without Brad Jones after the Boro goalkeeper today spoke of much more important matters.

Jones was told by his ex-wife last Friday that his son, Luca, was diagnosed as having leukaemia and he left on the next available flight to be with the four-year-old in France.

"The World Cup is irrelevant for me now," Jones admitted this afternoon.

"When I walked into the room and Luca smiled when he saw me, that was worth more than anything the World Cup could ever give me."
