Ligue 1 champions Marseille have reached an agreement to take talented Osasuna defender Cesar Azpilicueta to the Stade Velodrome, according to the French club's official website OM.net.The highly-rated right back, who turns 21 next week, was in terrific form for the Navarran outfit last season and was a member of Vicente del Bosque's provisional 30-man World Cup squad before being omitted from the final 23.
