OFFICIAL: Inter acquire Ever Banega: The Statement The Nerazzurri have officially added an important piece to their midfield puzzle. In a statement that announced the move, F.C. Internazionale announced to have gained the sporting rights of midfielder Ever Banega on a three year deal. The Argentina man has amassed 299 professional appearances in the top flights of Argentina and Spain, scoring 22 goals.
Banega has played in the Copa Libertadores with both Boca Juniors and Newell’s Old Boys and then played in European competitions with Valencia, Atletico Madrid and Sevilla. He’s appeared 75 times in the Europa League and has two trophies to his name from the competition.
In addition, he has an Olympic Gold Medal with the Argentinian team.
A midfielder of great quality and charisma, Banega enters Mancini’s roster for the 2016/17 season.
