Norwich City: Graham Dorrans signs from West Brom 
Norwich City have signed West Bromwich Albion midfielder Graham Dorrans for an undisclosed fee on a two-year deal.City signed Dorrans on loan in February, and the 27-year-old made 18 appearances, scoring three times, as the Canaries secured promotion to the Premier League.The Scotland international joined Albion from Livingston for just £150,000 in July 2008.
He went on to make 189 appearances for the Baggies, finding the net 26 times.
Canaries boss Alex Neil told the club website: "Graham has been a very important part of the team over the last few months and he has Premier League experience and is a top player.
"His experience and quality will help us and we're delighted he has joined us on a permanent basis."
