Arsenal's all-time leading goalscorer Thierry Henry will spend the MLS close season training with the club.
The Frenchman is currently on the books of the New York Red Bulls, but is keen to maintain his fitness levels before the 2011 American season gets underway in March.
As a Gunners legend there was only one place he was likely to turn up this winter, and he has duly returned to Arsenal.
Henry plundered a record-breaking 226 goals for the Gunners between 1999 and 2007, before leaving for Spanish giants Barcelona.
He opted to move to the United States in July 2010 and scored three goals in 12 outings for the Red Bulls last season.
Arrangement
At 33 years of age he is keen to ensure that he remains in the best possible condition heading forward, and Arsenal are only too happy to accommodate him.
A statement released on the club's official website read: "Thierry Henry is back at Arsenal.
"The Gunners legend returned to London Colney on Monday to train with Arsene Wenger's squad.
"The short-term arrangement will help Henry maintain his fitness ahead of the new MLS campaign, which begins in March."
