Beckenbauer on Kroos: "An experience with Real would be priceless"
The current honorary president of Bayern Munich, Franz Beckenbauer, has expressed his sadness about Toni Kroos's likely departure from the German club,
but understands that a new future at Real Madrid would be "a priceless experience".
"As honorary president of Bayern, I will be sorry to see him go. If he leaves, we will have lost a world class player",
Beckenbauer, former world champion with Germany (both as a player (1974) and as coach (1990)) said, as reported on the official website of the German Football Federation (DFB).
However, the 'Kaiser' acknowledged that "in a professional career there is always the future. And if that is an experience abroad, going to a club like Real Madrid, that is priceless", he said.
