De Gea and Muniain investigated over sexual assault According to Eldiario.es a protected witness has implicated Muniain in taking part in the assault and of De Gea of organising the event where it took place. El Confidencial maintains Isco was the other player involved in the assault.
According to Spanish news website Eldiario.es a protected witness in a case being brought against p orn baron Torbe has implicated Athletic Bilbao player Iker Muniain in being involved in a sexual assault, and David De Gea of being involved in organising the encounter where it took place. According to El Confidencial the unidentified player also mentioned in the the protected witness's statement, was Isco. Five star hotel

Eldiario.es states that the victim made a statement on on 3 June 2015 regarding the supposed abuse, in which Muniain allegedly took part, and which, according to the victim’s statement took place in 2012 in a central
five star hotel in Madrid.
According to the victim’s version of events, as published by eldiario.es, it was p orn producer Torbe who took her to the suite loft of the
hotel, with the promise that she would earn a significant sum of money, but that she had to do whatever the footballers wanted.
The protected witness claimed that Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea organised the meeting with Torbe.
In the suite, where the sexual assault supposedly took place the victim says she met another woman and two footballers, one of whom was Iker Muniain. The other player was allegedly another Spanish Under-21 international player.
Highly credible witness The Spanish police investigating the incident said the protected witness’ statement was “highly credible”.
The Spanish police’s report on the witness’ statement states the following:
“Having brought TP3 (Protected Witness 3) to the room with the other girl, Torbe told her that they had to be with the footballers, and that they had to do whatever they wanted and that they [the girls] would earn significant money.
When TP3 refused, Torbe took her roughly by the arm, saying they had to do whatever the footballer wanted, having sex with the new girl and her”.
“Both the new girl and TP3 were sexually assaulted by the footballers, given that if they refused they were physically attacked by both, and moreover, having satisfied the sexual desires of both players, the footballers threatened them in order to ensure that what had happened
in the room would never be heard about. Neither TP3 or the other girl who was in the room received anything for the physical and sexual assault they suffered, with Torbe taking all the earnings”.
Protected witness asked De Gea to identify the other footballer
The protected witness who identified Muniain asked De Gea through WhatsApp the identity of the other player who had been in the room. The keeper, according to eldiario.es said it was another player from Athletic Bilbao.
However the victim eventually identified the player as a member of another team. According to ElConfidencial this other player was Isco.
