Confirmed. Chelsea and Bayer Leverkusen to sign the agreement for Kai Havertz for ?100M add ons included (80-10-10). Five years contract - Lampard already spoke with Kai. Paperworks time between the two clubs to complete every detail. Here we go soon

未必既，每季季初都有實有幾件好猛既新球員，大家紛紛搶住入手，然後過幾週就會陸續棄掉....
幾有來頭，幾有潛質都好，英超都證明左唔係咁易適應到的。
有d 即使適應到，佢既打法又原來係fantrax 唔係咁好分~

Bayer Leverkusen are completing paperworks for Kai Havertz to Chelsea and are now pushing to sign Patrik Schick from AS Roma (back from loan @ RB Leipzig). Talks on between the two clubs - also Fulham made an inquiry for Schick on last hours.

Seems like the main - reason for the delay of a public confirmation of the deal, is that Leverkusen would have liked to be further in replacing him.

It’s strategy. After a big Havertz-fee....any replacement will be more expensive.

I think it could be next week

As Leverkusen are working to get Patrik Schick from Roma (on loan in Leipzig this season) as replacement. That could happen next week

Leverkusen confirm Havertz will not train with them again

Chelsea have agreed a deal with Bayer Leverkusen to sign Kai Havertz for an initial club record fee of £72m that will take their summer spending on transfers past the £200m mark.

Negotiations over the Germany international have been continuing for several weeks after Havertz had made it clear he wanted to leave Leverkusen following their failure to qualify for the Champions League. An initial bid of ?65m (£58.6m) plus ?15m in add-ons was rejected in July but it is understood that Chelsea have now agreed a deal that will surpass the club record £71.6m paid for goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga in 2018 if addons are included.

Leverkusen will receive ?80m up front plus another ?10m, with a further ?10m potentially payable if a number of complicated clauses are met – including if Chelsea win the Champions League over the next five years – while Havertz has already agreed personal terms on a five-year contract.

Manager Peter Bosz also confirmed on Monday that Havertz will no longer train with the squad due to his impending move.

“Unfortunately, our squad has not yet been determined,” he said.

“I don’t expect Kevin Volland and Kai Havertz to train with us again. It is possible that other players will also change. We definitely need to bring in players.”

Volland is expected to join Monaco, with Havertz becoming manager Frank Lampard’s sixth summer signing following the arrivals of Hakim Ziyech for £37m, Timo Werner for £47.5m, Ben Chilwell for £50m and defenders Thiago Silva and Malang Sarr on free transfers.

The 21-year-old met up with the Germany squad in Stuttgart on Monday ahead of Nations League fixtures against Spain on Thursday and Switzerland on Sunday. Havertz has made 118 Bundesliga appearances since making his debut in October 2016. Leverkusen have already targeted Roma’s Patrick Schick having offered ?28m for the Czech Republic forward.

Meanwhile, Crystal Palace are set to sign Conor Gallagher on a season-long loan. The England Under-21 international came on as a substitute in Chelsea’s friendly against Brighton on Saturday but completed a medical at Palace on Sunday and will provide competition in Roy Hodgson’s midfield having spent last season on loan at Charlton.
