跟據Fridrich, Soukal & Lukas (2003) digital forgery 即係 "malicious manipulation with digital images".
另外, Faird (2009, p.154) 有一個更詳細GE例子..."When creating a digital forgery, it is often necessary to combine several images, for example, when compositing one person’s head onto another person’s body."
而跟據 Math & Tripathi (2010) digital forgeries 除左相片(Image)之外,亦包括聲音(Audio),影片(Video), 文字(Text), 動畫 (Animation), etc.
至於犯唔犯法...我唔多熟香港法例...唔夠膽講肯定啦...
個人覺得...侵權法未必告得入,但係因為digital forgeries ge 其中一個定義係含有惡意 (malicious),所以可能可以告到誹謗果類GE罪...
但係犯唔犯法我就真係唔肯定...睇下好友有無人讀law可以答到你啦
