Lansbury scored the first of his two goals from deep on the left touchline with a long swerving shot that looped over the goalkeeper and into the far corner after nine minutes.
But the Arsenal man, on loan at West Ham this season, revealed the goal had been wind assisted.
"I'd taken a bad touch and it was all I could really do to put it in the box, and the wind has carried it," he said, before adding with a laugh: "I did see the keeper off his line though.
