Agent Of Wolfsburg Star Confident Over Inter Move



The agent of Wolfsburg winger Ivan Perisic has come out and said the Croatian would be keen on moving to Italy.

Inter are believed to be in negotiations with Die Wolfe for Perisic, however, the Bundesliga side are not keen on selling the Croatian international.

“There is optimism about the negotiations.” Perisic’s agent Tonci Martic told Radio CRC.

“Ivan would like to experience Italy, Inter are certainly a possibility .

“Inter want the player but Wolfsburg are unwilling to let Perisic go.”

Perisic is a versatile player who can play on the left or right wing.

He was an important part of the Wolfsburg team who finished second last season, making 24 appearances scoring five goals and creating four assists.

The Croatian joined the Saxony side in 2013 from Bundesliga rivals Borussia Dortmund for ?8 million.

There were developments with Perisic today, the player met with Wolfsburg with his agent to let them know he wants to join the nerazzurri.

PERISIC LEAVING WOLFSBURG

Wolfsburg could be about to lose another key player as Ivan Perisic is close to joining Inter Milan.

The Nerazzurri have been chasing the talented Croatian international all summer, but have been unable to agree a fee with his club.

However, sources at Sky Italy believe a deal is close to completion.

"We are working - there is a cautious optimism,” Inter sporting director Marco Fassone told Sky Sport Italy.

Perisic would follow Kevin De Bruyne out the door, who is close to joining Manchester City.

PERISIC SET FOR INTER

Inter Milan have found agreement with Wolfsburg for Ivan Perisic, according to reports from Sky in Italy.

It is thought Perisic will join on a permanent deal and sign a five-year contract at the San Siro.

It has been a very long negotiation but in the end Inter were able to prize Ivan Perisic away from Wolfsburg.

In the end Inter had to raise their offer to ? 16 million and another ? 3 million to loosen the Bundesliga outfit's grip on the Croatian winger.
The player has already completed his medical examinations and took part in the training session which began at 18.oo local time.

Soon he will officially begin his adventure with the Nerazzurri.
