Thomas Meunier joins Borussia Dortmund from Paris Saint-Germain

Borussia Dortmund have completed the signing of Thomas Meunier from Paris Saint-Germain as the Bundesliga runners-up seek to bolster their squad ahead of next season.
Meunier picked up three Ligue 1 titles after joining PSG from Club Brugge in 2016, and made over 120 competitive appearances for the French heavyweights.
However, he has now opted to swap the Parc des Princes for the Signal Iduna Park where he has penned a four-year contract with Dortmund.
The Belgium international is expected to compete with Lukasz Piszczek for the slot on the right-hand side of defence, providing valuable experience to a side featuring youngsters such as Jadon Sancho, Erling Haaland and Gio Reyna.
The 28-year-old also becomes the third Belgian in Dortmund's squad, joining international teammates Axel Witsel and Thorgan Hazard.
Meunier was part of the Belgium side that finished third at the 2018 FIFA World Cup, and has scored seven times in 40 senior apperances for his country. He is expected to be part of Roberto Martinez's squad of Red Devils for next summer's rescheduled UEFA EURO 2020 tournament.
He made 16 Ligue 1 appearances for PSG this season registering two assists.
