The band deeply apologizes to their fans and hope to reschedule their shows in these cities soon.
In the meantime full refunds will be available from HK Ticketing via point of purchase.

The Killers Live in HK – Ticket Refund from January 28, 2010
Tickets Purchased by Credit Card
Full refund will be automatically deposited to the same Credit Card account used for ticket purchase within 30 days.
Tickets Purchased by Cash
1) Please bring along the concert tickets to the HK Ticketing Box Office at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre during business hours on or after January 28, 2010 to process a refund.
2) Business Hours: Monday – Saturday, 11am – 7pm and closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
3) An immediate full refund in cash will be made at the Box Office counter upon submission of a completed Refund Application Form with concert ticket(s). The ticket holders must sign to acknowledge receipt of the refund.
4) Any Cash Refund requests received after February 26, 2010 will not be processed.

The Killers 香港演唱會退票手續 - 由 2010年1月28日開始
如使用信用卡購票
門票金額將於三十日內全數自動退回閣下用以購票之信用卡戶口。
如使用現金購票
1) 請於2010年1月28日或 之後，攜同演唱會門票，於辦公時間內到香港會議展覽中心的快達票售票處辦理退票手續。
2) 辦公時間：星期一至六，早上11時至晚上7時，星期日及公眾假期休息。
3) 退款申請人必須填妥現金退款申請表，連同演唱會門票一併交回售票處職員，門票金額將全數以現金即時發還。申請人必須即時核對退款及簽收確認。
4) 2010年2月 26日後的現金退款申請概不受理。
