Q7:crystallization 出 crystal ,而crystal 係包含water 嘅salt(in solid state),evaporation 只可以出salt(in solid state)

Q19:唔係,GIANT COVALENT BOND 嘅SUBSTANCE 嘅PARTICLES ARE HELD BY COVALENT BOND,WHICH IS TOO STRONG (COMPARED WITH POLAR SOLVENT AND NON-POLAR SOLVENT).

    ONLY SUBSTANCE WITH SIMPLE MOLECULAR STRUCTURE IS SOLUBLE IN NON-POLAR SOLVENT AS VAN DER WAL FORCE IS COMPARABLE TO NON POLAR SOLVENT
