Today our customer portal has experienced a database corrupt, we have recovered most importat customer data and invoices but unfortunately the customer tickets have been lost and unable to recover. You may still see some tickets via emails and that is the only copy we have left. So if you have any concern, please feel free to contact us for a copy of the emails as reference.
