Transfer news: Crystal Palace are closing in on a deal for South Korea international Chung-Yong Lee 
Midfielder Chung-Yong Lee has arrived at Crystal Palace’s training ground ahead of a proposed move from Bolton. The 26-year-old has been with the Trotters since 2009 and has made over 150 appearances for the club but he is out of contract in the summer.
And Palace are believed to be on the verge of signing the well-regarded South Korea international for a fee thought to be in the region of £1m. Lee suffered a hairline fracture to his shin while on Asia Cup duty but he is expected to be fully fit later this month.
Bolton manager Neil Lennon said last week: “He’s due another scan on Monday, so that will give us a clearer indication of where he is.
“Maybe he’s two or three weeks down the line but he should be fine.
“In terms of interest, there are two Premier League clubs looking at him, but no confirmed bids yet.
“I’d imagine there will be some movement on that in the next couple of days but whether it satisfies us is another thing.”
