Sevilla, leading 2-1 from the first leg, drew 2-2 with FC Zenit in Russia on Thursday to edge through on aggregate. They had looked set for extra time, but Kevin Gameiro's 85th-minute effort ultimately sent them into the last four. It was also a close call for Dnipro, who needed Yevhen Shakhov's goal with eight minutes left to defeat Club Brugge KV 1-0 overall.
Napoli were the most comfortable of the four qualifiers, seeing off VfL Wolfsburg 6-3 on aggregate, while fellow Serie A side Fiorentina beat FC Dynamo Kyiv 2-0 in Tuscany to go through 3-1 over the two legs.
