Scoring for Yahoo! Fantasy Football
All teams receive fantasy points based on each player's actual performance in several statistical categories. Each category has a specific point value associated with it (see chart below), and teams receive points for all 11 players in their lineup. Bench players do not earn points.
Note: If a starter does not play during that week, the appropriate bench player will automatically be substituted.
If a player appears in more than one game during any given week, his total fantasy points for the week will be based on the sum of his real-life stats for the week.
